For the second year in a row Phagans students got to show what they’ve learned by styling the 2012 Rose Festival Princesses.
This year, the Phagans artistic team and staff woke up early June 9, 2012, to catch a police-escorted bus ride to the Rose Center Coliseum where they met the princesses at an eye-watering 4am.
The nine students, who were chosen from a random, out-of-the-hat drawing, did a wonderful job and were complimented on their work. Despite being extremely tired, some of them stayed to watch the coronation and were excited to see the new Queen. Phagans looks forward to working with the Rose Festival again next year.
